Had a wonderful walk today - maybe while you were writing to me. I JUST HAD TO SEE the dahlias at the conservatory. It's definitely a don't miss event. And I followed up that treat by walking to and then through the rose garden. I say you don't have to die to get into Paradise - just go to Golden Gate Park.

Today was a hard day. At 6:30 Tom and I left the house. We walked on the Coastal Trail to the Eagle's Nest and back. I say you don't have to die to get into Paradise - just go for a walk on the Coastal Trail. Even on a day like today.
Mom, were your antibiotics ever delivered? Please drink some water once in a while. At least once or twice a month.
