I have a phenomenal treat for you today. I met John Foster, who started the blog Accidental Mysteries, when I went to St. Louis last February. This is one of the drawings he posted today. You have got to read the story that accompanies it. Pour yourself a glass of wine and go over there right now.
Accidental Mysteries is a blog about photography, design, art, architecture, ephemera, found objects, outsider art, folk art, self-taught art, illustration, beauty, esoterica, auctions, discovery, art environments, mystery, vintage stuff and the magic that can be found in everyday things.

Linda, why didn't you tell us about John's blog before? It's wonderful. The stuff he finds!
Interesting stuff. I hope the "will be continuted" part is continued soon!
What is it about mysterious art from the past that's so intriguing? That makes you wonder who did it, and why?
Mari: Because he selfishly kept it from me until recently.
Namo: I'm worried. He said his kids get home from college today. What if he forgets to finish the story?
I love when he called in sick!!! I kept thinking there would be some crazy connection between the art dealer and the asylum resident.... like they're related.
Thank You Linda, What a Great Site...
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!
