Special Collections and Slippery Jellyfish

Tiny things this week: from Mary Ann's Kitty Store and you-know-where (below)

5:50 p.m.
Looks peaceful. But suddenly it was dark and I slipped on a teeny jellyfish and went up in the air and down. Tom was way ahead, but turned right around. "Did you actually see me flip up-side down?" I asked later. "I heard you hit the ground!" I was fine, but soaking wet. Things aren't always pretty out there.

Oaw!! And ouch. I guess the cool pictures don't really make up for a flip and SPLAT or do they?)

And that poor jellyfish!

Your affinity for collecting petite objects of all sorts (and recognizing their artistic potential) remind me a bit of the bowerbird. As you might know (or perhaps I've mentioned it,) the bird carefully selects little decorations (shells, rocks, leaves etc..) and arranges them carefully around his nest. If you alter his artwork in any way, he'll fix it to the way it was before!

Namo, I think you did say that once a long time ago. I love that!

btw...
for some reason my browser at home didn't show the text about the rogue jellyfish who tripped you. Sneaky little medusoid! The nerve of him.

Medusoid! Only you, Namowal, only you.

I probably should stick to images period (!), but would you tell me what browser didn't show the text?

Oh no! I hope you didn't hurt yourself.

I saw some tiny jellyfish there a few weeks ago.
