What do you do when you're feeling stressed? It was cold and foggy outside this evening and I didn't want to jog. I did anyway.
Afterward I was glad, though when I got back home I ate two dinners instead of one. (Is this a problem for anyone else? Is exercise worth the cost? Would it not be healthier to lie down in front of the TV and only eat one dinner?) After dinners I watched
